ABOUT ME
From an early age, my interest in languages and cultural exchange led me to attend a linguistic high school and travel extensively. Travel remains an important part of my life today: I live and work across different countries and continents, continuing to experience different cultures and ways of living. This has shaped my perspective both personally and professionally, and has strengthened my interest in working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychological Sciences and Techniques and a Master’s degree in Clinical and Health Psychology. My interest in the mind-body connection led me to further specialize in Psychomotor Therapy and Body-Mediated Techniques, deepening my understanding of the relationship between psychological and bodily processes.
I subsequently specialized in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, and continued my training in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy through IPI and in TIST (Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment) with Janina Fisher (Levels 1 and 2). I also hold certifications in Holistic Coaching from Ever Coach (Mindvalley) and Transformation Life Coaching.
My therapeutic approach integrates psychological, body-oriented, and experiential modalities, adapting them to the individual needs and goals of each client. Since 2025, I have also been working with Lyra Health as a Psychotherapist and Clinical Psychologist, alongside my private practice.
My previous professional experience includes psycho-diagnostic assessment and psychological counseling in settings such as the European Institute of Oncology. I now work primarily through online sessions, providing psychotherapy and coaching to clients across different countries.
In 2020, I co-founded Wind Rose, a psychological care service for expatriates, bringing together my professional background and my personal experience of living across cultures. This work reflects my interest in providing culturally informed psychological support, particularly to people navigating transitions, relocation, and life between different cultural environments.

“The only journey is the one within.”
